The product features we launched with today include:
- AI Job Posting Assistant: Clients can now come to Braintrust and enter whatever information they have about a job, and the posting assistant will generate the job description, based on best practices and network data about similar successfully completed jobs; rate, skills, etc. Posting a job has literally never been easier. See for yourself (click the “post a job” button and click “generate using AI”)
- AI Matching: Is continuing to deliver outstanding results, taking the average time to hire on Braintrust from 17.5 to 12 days; and we expect this number to drop even further with the addition of our new features.
- Automated Screening v1: We’ve brought talent screening in-app, first and foremost, streamlining the experience for Talent, but also creating better visibility for our team on the talent funnel (not to mention saving us money!)

And now, on to our business updates:
Sales: Our sales team is prepped and ready to capture all of the demand from this new product launch. While our GSV is trending at 100% to target for the quarter, 99% for March; new GCV pacing behind at 75% to target for the quarter, 65% for March, and we’re hoping (expecting) this new product launch to put us back on (or ahead of) pace. We’re seeing bright spots with our partnerships and BYOT (bring your own talent) but the market remains choppy and competitive.
Marketing: I appeared on both Schwab Network and Nasdaq Trade Talks talking about AI’s impact on jobs, and have been taking many reporter meetings on and off the record over the past few weeks gearing up for today’s launch. Please be sure you follow Braintrust on ALL social media platforms LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and if you know any podcasts I should be hitting, reporters I should be talking to, etc. let me know!
Talent: We had another record breaking month on the talent side of the house, achieving our biggest single talent signup month once again, with over 60K signups to the platform (a 2K increase MoM). Our talent community now tops 791,000 people around the globe, and we expect to hit 1M soon. We’re beginning work on a series of tests leveraging the BTRST token, essentially getting users to pay for access and information (i.e. boosting their application, providing feedback on where they can improve, etc.) all on Coinbase’s Base chain.
Connector: We’ve added reporting to increase transparency with Connectors and encourage them to keep referring. We also launched a new LinkedIn Leverage feature to help Connectors who would be good people from their networks to refer; it’s never been easier to refer people to Braintrust (and refer BTRST) – check it out!
